4.1: The Tart With Heart-
When Maxwell takes back "The Thing."
he said to Fran on the plane when he thought he way dying, Fran decides
to get attention from another man. Niles tries to find out what "The
Thing" is. Gracie has to do a school report on a woman about
careers and she chooses C.C. and it hurts Fran.

4.2: The Cradle Robbers-
Maggie falls for an older guy which is in his
twentys, causing Maxwell to be very angry. To show Maggie the error in
her ways, Fran starts dating Maggie's boyfriend's friend.

4.3: The Bird's Nest-
Brighton must put together a science project or he
will fail science and if he does, Maxwell will send him to millitary
school. To help Brighton out, Fran talks to his science teacher who
happends to dislike Fran because of a shopping incident.

4.4: The Rosie Show-
Fran goes to see "The Rosie O'Donnell
Show" and when Rosie picks her out of the audience, Fran is such a
hit that she get a weekly segment on the show. Fran starts to neglect
her nanny duties which causes Maxwell to go to unusual lengths to get
her back.

4.5: Frieda Needs a Man-
When Fran's Aunt Frieda falls hard on times and
loses her restaurant, she comes to stay with Fran and it isn't long
until Fran gets Freida back with her rich boyfriend.

4.6: Me and Mrs. Joan-
Fran tries to reunite Maxwell and his father who
Maxwell still fresents for running off on his mother with their maid who
is now Maxwell's stepmother.

4.7: The Taxman Cometh-
Fran is audited by the IRS but her wiles fail to
move a tax auditor concerne with her many children she's been claiming.

4.8: An Affair to Dismember:
Fran begins to rue her present, usatifactory
relationship with Maxwell, a point that's driven home to her when
Maxwell's brother Nigel visits and he and Fran have a lot of together and
Nigel falls in love with Fran and he proposes.

4.9: Tattoo-
Fran's tatoo has Maggie envious and Maxwell so curous that
he can't stop obsessing about it, leading Fran to butt heads with her
mother about keeping it or having it removed.

4.10: The Car Show-
To get Maggie a car, Fran agrees to enter the
"Miss Trans Am" contest, but in order to win she has to be
taught to drive a "stick shift" by Maxwell.

4.11: Hurricane Fran-
An out of control hurricane tries to come between
Fan and a tropical vacation with Val.

4.12: Danny's Dead and Who's Got the Will?-
When Val tells Fran that her
ex-boyfriend Danny has died, they attend his funeral where Fran consoles
his grieving widow.

4.13: Kissing Cousins-
Fran's met the most wonderful man she can imagin
and seems to be finally having the perfect relationship until Mr. Right
ends up being her cousin.

4.14: The Fifth Wheel-
Fran, Val and C.C. have sworn off men but when C.C.
and Val both find boyfriends and Fran doesn't she decides joining them on
a date anyway.

4.15: The Nose Knows-
Fran's hero-worship disolves when she catches her
therapist in a disgusting habit. Meanwhile Niles and C.C. attend an affair
together and enjoy themselves.

4.16: The Bank Robbery-
Fran and Sylvia are held hostage during a bank
robbery carried out by a timid theif.

4.17: Samson, He Denied Her-
C.C. gets called for jury duty and Fran is
mad at Maxwell so she decides to join Maxwell. The trial is about a
housekeeper of a romance cover hunk who's plight is simular to Fran and
Maxwell's. Meanwhile Sylvia is the "nanny" while Fran is gone.

4.18: The Facts of Lice-
Grace gets lice, then Fran, Brighton and Maggie
come down with the same case. When Maxwell doesn't, Fran scolds him about
not spending enough time with the children.

4.19: Fran's Roots-
Fran's entire life could be turned upside down if what
a woman claims is true- that was switched at birth and Sylvia and Morty
aren't her real parents.

4.20: The Nanny & The Hunk Producer- Maxwell's play, "The Widower"
which is about a widower forever faithful to his late wife, is actuall up
for Tony Awards. But as soon as he wins, a tabloid newspaper prints a
story saying that Maxwell and Fran have been having an affair for years
which causes Maggie to go balistic.

4.21: The Passed-Over Story-
Flush with the success of his three Tony
Awards, Maxwell starts bringing in better talent. His most recent is
Morgan Falkner who Fran went to school went to school with when she was
known as Marcy Feldman. Morgan take an immediate liking to Maggie and
hire her to assist her.

4.22: No Muse is Good Muse-
Fran decides that she's on the same wavelegth
as the rock star Tasha whose angry lyrics are a favorite of Maggie's, so
she tries to get a song writen to Tasha. Before long, Tasha is using
Fran's pathetic life to write new songs. but Maxwell thinks their
friendship is a bad idea.

4.23: You Bette Your Life-
Maxwell is producing a charity auction, in
which Bette Midler is the Mistress of Ceromony. Fran offers her services
as "a nanny for a day." She ends up getting bid upon by a young
piano prodigy, son of one of Maxwell's big investors. When Fran gets the
boy to play the piano at Yetta's nursing home, someone dies when he's
playing and the boy refusest to play the piano anymore.

4.24: The Heather Biblow Story- Danny's widowed wife Heather Biblow, has
landed a role on Fran's favorite day time show, "The Young & The
Restless." But when Fran and Val head to Malibu to visit Heather,
it's Fran who ends up getting the role and takes Heather's place. Heather
is now the new nanny for the Sheffields. Maxwell is upset.

4.25: The Boca Story:
Fran's estatic when her parents finally are going to
move to Boca. But when her true feeling come out that she's going to miss
them, Fran, Maxwell and the children go to Florida.

4.26: Fran's Gotta Have It-
When Maxwell is headed to London, Val tells
Fran to follow him there hoping that a romantic London interlude will
bring Maxwell to making a commitment. Has the two start hasing out there
feelings, they get a call from home saying that Niles had a heart attack.
